Meters
------
You must define a set of meters for SysMeter to monitor. You do so
with the <meter> tag.

        <meter id="mytime" type="time" param="%I:%M%p"></meter>

'id' is an identifier that you use in <text> and <graph> tags and 'type'
is the plugin type to monitor. 'param' is a plugin specific parameter,
this is different depending on each plugin.

Graphs
------
Graphs allow you to place history graphs anywhere in the skin. Plugin
history is only kept for the last 512 values so this is the maximum
width a graph may be.

        <graph id="mem_phy"
                left="5" top="41"
                right="62" bottom="74"
                style="filled"
                color="1D8F86"
                scale="percent"
                >
        </graph>

'id' tells SysMeter which meter to use the graph data from, this is not
to be confused with the plugin id. 'left', 'top', 'right' and 'bottom'
define the graph drawing area. 'style' is the style of graph to draw,
this can be either filled or line. 'color' is the line color in RRGGBB
hex format. 'scale' is can be either percent or max. Percent means the
scale will be based on percentage basis, with 100% being completely full.
Max means the scale will be based on the highest value in the history graph.
For example if memory usage peaked at 38% then that would be completely
full on the graph and 19% would be half full.

Text
----
Text meters are used to draw meter data on the skin using the bitmap
font.

        <text id="mytime"
                left="12" top="9"
                >
        </text>

'id' tells SysMeter which meter to use the text data from, this is not
to be confused with the plugin id. 'left' and 'top' define the starting
co-ordinates for the drawing area.
